Your Tasks
As Head of Kitchen, you take on the professional and personnel management as well as the further development of a dedicated kitchen team in a modern organisation. You ensure an efficient and high-quality kitchen organisation across two locations with 130 meals at midday and about 100 meals in the evening. You actively drive the further development of processes.
In doing so, you promote an open, appreciative team culture in which personal responsibility and collaboration are lived. The consistent adherence to the highest quality and hygiene standards is as natural to you as responsible cost management, ordering goods, and the continuous optimisation of operational processes. Training apprentices is important to you. In addition to the Domicil Alexandra location, the Domicil Egelmoos location is also supplied culinarily from Alexandra.

Your Profile
- Cook with Federal VET Diploma and diet cook training
- Head chef with federal professional certificate
- Project experience, ideally in the development of kitchen processes
- Leadership skills with a modern, cooperative approach
