A 50% Stock Manager at our La Chaux-de-Fonds site with a minimum presence of 4 days per week.

Established for over 20 years in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the heart of the Jura arc, Elfix Production SA designs and manufactures exceptional Swiss Made components for high-end watchmaking.

To support the company's growth, strengthen our current stock team attached to the supply chain department, and contribute to the smooth execution of the company's flows, we are looking for:

YOUR ROLE

Execution of internal production

• Prepare manufacturing orders to enable production within the various workshops.
• Carry out the stocking of parts coming out of production.
• Perform weight and quantity control operations of manufacturing orders during production.

Management of subcontracting

• Prepare shipments for subcontracting (control of manufacturing orders, weighing, packaging, etc.).
• Receive parts upon subcontracting returns (control of quantities and weights, stock entries and dispatch to the various production workshops).

Stock management

• Ensure the accuracy of ERP information for each reference: stock locations, quantities, etc.
• Carry out cycle counts and participate in the annual inventory.
• Manage packaging: storage, provision to workshops, sending for cleaning.
• Manage production consumables: supply to workshops, stock control.

Customer shipping

• Prepare and invoice shipments of finished products to customers (packaging of parts, preparation of delivery notes and issuing of invoices).

YOUR PROFILE

• You have solid experience in stock management.
• You are proficient in SAP and stock management related transactions.
• You are organised and methodical.
• You demonstrate great rigour.
• You have team spirit and a sense of customer service.
