Your Tasks
- Responsibility for project or subproject management at customer sites or remotely
- Analysis, planning and implementation of customised solutions in the ECM/archiving environment
- Projects related to digital personnel files, contract management, incoming mail processing and much more
- Definition and implementation of document and archive classes including automated classification (OCR)
- Connection and integration of peripheral systems (e.g. ERP, HR, DMS)
- Close collaboration with product specialists, developers and customer teams
Our Requirements
- Higher education in IT (ETH, FH, university or comparable qualification)
- Project experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), COLD, scanning or storage
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- High willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland (especially for customer projects)
- Independent working with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and team spirit
- Enjoyment of complex IT projects that create real added value
