CNC Programmer (m/f/d)

Role:
You will independently operate and programme CNC machines and ensure that all manufacturing orders are executed efficiently, precisely, and on time. In doing so, you optimise production processes, oversee various systems, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows.
Responsibilities:
Operation and programming of the CNC machine (Harmuth with 2000 x 6000 mm nesting table)
Definition of manufacturing processes, selection of suitable tools and fixtures
Creation, adjustment, and testing of CNC programmes based on workshop drawings, technical data, and customer requirements
Optimisation of production processes and processing times
Operation of additional cutting systems and cutting of plastic semi-finished products according to plan
Management of the scrap inventory and organisation of material stocks
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic training
Further education or courses in CNC programming
Several years of practical experience in a comparable role
Very good German skills; French is an advantage
Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment and contact with people
Independent, structured working style as well as teamwork skills
