Your Tasks

Operation, further development, and design of our network and server infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Sophos)
Engineering of WAN/LAN/WLAN/VLAN structures, firewalls, DMZ, and VPN
Operation and expansion of the virtualised server environment (VMware)
Collaboration in IT security: implementation of security policies and technical designs, support in awareness training and security concepts, securing the infrastructure according to ISO/IATF/TISAX requirements (building an ISMS)
Working with modern security tools: vulnerability management (Tenable Nessus), endpoint security (SentinelOne), OT/network security (Claroty xDome), certificate management (TLS) as well as encryption technologies (BitLocker, AES, SSL)

Our Requirements

Training in computer science system technology/platform development EFZ or higher professional education (HF/FH)
Interest and solid basic understanding of network engineering
Ideally experience in production or industrial environments
Experience or strong motivation in IT security and network design
Knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, firewalling, VLAN, routing
Knowledge of Microsoft Server (Windows, Exchange, SQL, ADFS), preferably also Linux
Cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365) are an advantage
Experience with VoIP/PBX/UCC systems (e.g. Mitel) is a plus
Openness to familiarise yourself with new security tools and technologies
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of engineering tasks – not just "keeping operations running"
Communicative, team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
Willingness to participate in on-call duty and planned deployments as part of a professional IT operation
