In the Customer Operations sector, you help shape the customer experience for those who have suffered a claim and receive benefits. What awaits you
- You are the main contact person for our clients in the processing and management of claims in the areas of private and corporate civil liability, motor insurance with bodily injury, as well as boat insurance
- You are responsible for clarifying facts, assessing coverage and liability issues, verifying and settling claims, as well as recognising and establishing recourse
- You consistently place clients at the centre of your concerns and respond to their needs. You communicate, both by phone and in writing, with the insured, injured parties, lawyers and other insurance companies
What you bring
- You have a commercial education or equivalent training, preferably in the insurance sector
- Professional experience in claims handling and/or underwriting in the areas of civil liability (private/corporate) or motor insurance with a private insurer is an advantage
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy contact with clients and like to support them in finding solutions
- Native French speaker, ideally with good knowledge of German
- Team spirit, reliability, autonomy and efficiency are qualities that define you
- You demonstrate openness to change and see it as an opportunity
