Technician HF Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the design and execution planning of demanding architecture and interior construction projects. You will already be involved in early project phases such as feasibility studies, basic investigations and visualisations and will accompany the projects through to realisation. In doing so, you coordinate clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors and ensure a technically and aesthetically high-quality implementation. The position combines architectural planning, project coordination and execution supervision with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Development of feasibility studies, basic investigations and project variants in early planning phases
Creation of visualisations and presentation materials for project development, acquisition and clients
Handling demanding architecture and interior construction projects from design to realisation
Creation and further development of project, execution and detail plans
Planning and detailing technically and aesthetically demanding interior construction and architectural details
Coordination of specialist planners and experts as well as integration of specialist planning into the overall planning
Conducting technical clarifications with authorities, contractors and suppliers
Function as the central contact person for clients and project participants during the planning and execution phases
Preparation of request for quotations, obtaining and technical evaluation of contractor offers
Close collaboration with project management and site management on scheduling, quality and execution issues
Accompanying the realisation and ensuring the consistency between design concept, planning and construction execution
Maintenance and coordination of plan and project documentation taking into account Swiss standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH or further training as Technician HF Building Planning Architecture
Several years of professional experience in design and execution planning in Switzerland
Experience with demanding architecture and interior construction projects
Sound knowledge of relevant Swiss building standards, regulations and planning processes
Good CAD user skills, preferably Vectorworks, as well as very good MS Office skills
Experience in specialist planner coordination, detailed planning and execution supervision
Very good German language skills spoken and written
