The company is an internationally active service provider focusing on business services, technology, and process solutions for companies across various industries. With high expertise, innovative approaches, and a strong customer orientation, it supports its clients in optimising business processes, digitalisation, and the efficient design of complex corporate operations.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounting and take on the coding, posting, and reconciliation of business transactions.
You are responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards.
You manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment transactions and assist with financial reports and budgets.
You ensure compliance with tax requirements and VAT returns and support external audits.
Additionally, you analyse financial key figures and contribute to the optimisation of accounting processes and systems.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in finance, fiduciary services, or accounting.
You possess sound knowledge of Swiss accounting according to the Code of Obligations (OR).
You are proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as business fluent English and good French skills complete your profile.
