We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager for 3 months to support our client-an international company headquartered in Geneva-during a critical transition phase. This short-term role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to evolving needs.

Missions

Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with building management.

Executive & Team Support
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and teams.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes during the transition.

Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.

Project & Transition Support
- Assist with documentation and process updates related to the transition.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure continuity of operations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams as needed.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, ideally in international environments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
