- Quality and Budget Manager: You realise qualitative target figures such as customer satisfaction and ensure the achievement of agreed budget goals

What you bring with you
- Professional training: You have completed basic training and further education (federally certified sales or marketing manager or business economist HF) and preferably have experience in retail or the automotive industry
- Leadership Mindset: You bring several years of leadership experience and a strong sense of responsibility, motivate your teams, act as a coach and promote a culture of life-long learning and high performance. At the same time, you are a person with natural seniority and authority, possess high emotional intelligence and manage to inspire, engage and sustainably move people.
- Consultation Expert: You are sociable, proactively approach people and convince with strong consulting skills as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness.
- Personality Fit: You are customer-oriented and see change as an opportunity for growth and development, which you actively promote
- Driving Pro: Valid driving licence category B
