Polymechanic as CNC Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

• As a polymechanic, you programme and set up modern 5-axis milling and turning centres with pallet storage and ensure that the highest quality standards are met during order execution.
• Your tasks include documentation as well as compliance with productivity targets, while working according to the quality standards EN9100 and ISO9001.
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of manufacturing processes and work closely with other departments to increase production efficiency and quality.
• Your expertise is valued in a dynamic team where you can further develop your skills in large batch machining.

We expect

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ in the manufacturing field
• Several years of experience in large batch machining
• Proficient handling of CNC 5-axis milling/turning centres or CNC 9-axis turning/milling centres
• Sound knowledge in CAM programming (Mastercam or MDM advantageous)
• Team-oriented and quality-conscious working style
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
