What is my role?
Our client is looking for a committed assistant in the field of health & social care. In this versatile position, you support the team in the care and support of senior citizens. You assist with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, mobilisation, and food intake. Additionally, you accompany the residents during activities and ensure their well-being. As an important link between care staff, residents, and relatives, you contribute significantly to a respectful and family-like atmosphere.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed training in the health or social sector or willingness to undertake further training
Empathy and respect in dealing with elderly people
Teamwork skills and strong communication
Reliability and sense of responsibility
Flexibility in working hours (including weekend and public holiday shifts)
Basic knowledge in documenting care services
Ideally, first experience in senior care
