Junior Service Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Carrying out service assignments for customers in domestic and European countries
- Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of packaging systems and machines
- Analysis and rectification of technical faults on site
- Coordination and accompaniment of machine acceptance at the manufacturer
- Carrying out repairs, functional tests, and restorations in the workshop
- Technical advice and support for customers by telephone and on site
- Collaboration with suppliers to develop technical solutions
- Training and support of external service technicians
- Responsibility for the management of spare parts as well as new and used machines
- Participation in trade fairs, demonstrations, and customer events
- Sale of spare parts and complementary products during customer assignments
Your Profile
- Completed electromechanical training or basic electrical training with mechanical further education, for example as a mechatronics technician EFZ or automation technician EFZ
- Initial professional experience in technical customer service or service area is an advantage
- High willingness to travel within Europe
- Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good communication skills and confident appearance with customers
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Additional language skills in French or Italian are an advantage
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Technical interest and willingness for continuous further training
