Production Employee Window Construction (m/f) 100%

We are looking for reinforcement in production for a modern Central Swiss company.

Your Tasks

• Control and monitoring of state-of-the-art, computer-controlled manufacturing systems
• Professional cutting, processing and assembling of wood, plastic and metal components
• Pre-assembly of frames, sashes, seals as well as the insertion of insulating glass and fittings
• Ongoing inspection of manufactured elements for dimensional accuracy, scratches and functionality according to the company’s high Swiss quality standards
• Cleaning and simple maintenance of assigned machines and tools

Our Requirements

• Ideally experience in production or assembly in the field of window construction, carpentry, wood or metal processing
• Confident handling of hand tools and good technical understanding
• Precise, efficient and quality-conscious working method (high quality standards of the company)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form to easily understand work instructions and plans
• Reliable, a team player and willing to work flexible working hours if necessary (possibly shift work)
