About the job
Agenhor, Geneva Watchmaking Workshop, has been designing and assembling exceptional movements and complications for prestigious watchmaking houses since 1996. An independent, human-scale workshop, we work in small series with a constant demand for precision, aesthetics, and reliability.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced watchmaker, comfortable and autonomous both in production and continuous improvement.
Your tasks:
- Assemble movements and complication modules in small and medium series: perpetual calendar, chronograph, retrogrades, specific displays, and other very high watchmaking assemblies
- Perform finishing and final touches according to the highest standards
- Adjust movements (chronometry, finishing, regulation) and inspect them
- Communicate with the technical office (TO) during the creation of a movement or module: prototyping, fine-tuning, assembly feedback
- Prototyping skills
- Report field information (assembly difficulties, weak points, optimisation ideas) to support continuous improvement of products and methods
- Ensure quality and traceability at every stage of your work
- Participate in knowledge sharing within the team
Your profile:
- Recognised watchmaker diploma (CFC or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of experience in high watchmaking
- Proven experience in assembling complications (perpetual calendar, chronograph, etc.)
- Good mastery of finishing, final touches, and regulation
- Comfortable communicating with a technical office and skilled in structured feedback
- Ability to switch from one series to another with rigour, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Contribute to meeting production deadlines without compromising quality
- Fluent French; English or other languages appreciated
- Swiss nationality or EU citizen authorised to work in Switzerland
We offer you:
- A permanent contract within a workshop recognised for its expertise
- Varied work on rare and technically demanding pieces
- Flexible working hours
