Your Tasks

?? Network Operation: Operation and support of demanding network infrastructures of our customers.
? Planning & Coordination: Implementation and planning of changes in the network area.
? Support: Handling technical enquiries and faults - solution-oriented and efficient.
? On-call Team: Quarterly assumption of on-call duties.

Our Requirements

Your skills:
? Education & Experience: Technical training with solid experience in Cisco routing, switching and WLAN products.
? Certification: Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification as well as knowledge in ITIL process management.
? Working Method: High degree of independence, personal responsibility and strong service orientation.
?? Language Skills: Professional communication in German and English.
