Mission
In this key role, you ensure the administrative management and processing of invoicing related to Reduced Mobility Transport (TMR) services, guaranteeing quality, reliability and compliance with deadlines. You are a privileged point of contact for users and partners and actively contribute to the smooth running of the service. Depending on your profile, your mission will consist of:
• Ensuring the complete processing of TMR invoicing (control, entry, monitoring and corrections).
• Guaranteeing the compliance of invoiced data according to current standards.
• Managing telephone calls and ensuring professional follow-up of requests.
• Handling requests, complaints and special situations related to invoicing.
• Managing administrative files
• Collaborating closely with internal and external partners
• Participating in the continuous improvement of administrative processes and service tools.

Profile
• Commercial employee federal certificate (CFC)
• Proven experience in telephone reception and customer contact management
• Experience in invoicing processing
• Excellent command of common IT tools and ability to quickly master specialised software
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system is an asset
• Dynamic person, able to work collaboratively within a small team of 5 colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, communication and negotiation.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and solution orientation.
