A true point of reference for the smooth running of our headquarters, you ensure the reliability of electrical installations, support the evolution of workspaces, and contribute to the management of furniture and infrastructure. Between technical interventions, fittings, maintenance, and logistical support, you play a key role in the quality of our employees’ working environment.

Your challenges

Operations Electricity (50%)

• Ensure the operation, maintenance, and compliance of the electrical installations at headquarters.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions to guarantee continuity of activities.
• Carry out regulatory inspections and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Coordinate and support external companies during interventions and works.
• Manage technical equipment, DECT phones, and electrical materials necessary for operations.

Facility Management, Fittings and Logistical Support (50%)

• Participate in the fitting, transformation, and optimisation of workspaces.
• Ensure the management, maintenance, and repair of furniture and multimedia equipment.
• Carry out internal moves and contribute to the installation of employees.
• Manage stocks, tools, and various equipment necessary for the smooth running of the site.
• Ensure the maintenance of service vehicles, bicycles, and associated infrastructure.
• Respond to the operational needs of employees and contribute to the quality of their working environment.

To succeed in your role

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of technical building installations
• Strong interest in facility management activities and versatile tasks
• Service-oriented and internal customer focus
• Practical mindset and ability to find concrete solutions
• Autonomy, flexibility, and organisational skills
• Category B driving licence
• Excellent command of French; German is an asset
