Technical Product Specialist in Field Service (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as a technical product specialist in field service, you take responsibility for competently advising customers on site and clearly communicating technical solutions. You analyse individual requirements, present suitable product solutions, and support commissioning as well as ongoing use. You ensure that products are used correctly and contribute to optimal utilisation through training. Additionally, you act as the central contact person for technical questions and systematically forward feedback from the field to enable continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
- You present our machines to customers on site in practical use
- In this role, you train users in the safe and efficient operation of the machines
- You manage existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers and sales projects
- In this role, you support sales with technically demanding offers and projects
- You work closely with internal teams and ensure knowledge transfer
- As a Technical Product Specialist in Field Service, you participate in trade fair appearances and customer events, from organisation to on-site presence
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a construction, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic
- You have several years of professional experience in the construction machinery and/or construction sector
- You convince with sound technical understanding as well as sales and consulting skills
- You enjoy direct customer contact and present yourself as a communicative personality
- You work independently and reliably
- You reside in the sales area
