Senior Social Media Manager

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the SZKB's owned social media activities and continuously develop them further
• You conceive, plan and create target group-oriented organic content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat and coordinate content production with internal departments as well as external agencies
• You are responsible for operational publication and ensure that the content is distributed appropriately by channel, target group and format
• You further develop the social media strategy and are responsible for content and editorial planning
• You manage the community and promote dialogue with our target groups
• You analyse the performance of social media activities, prepare reports and derive data-based optimisation measures
• You support our media technician apprentices in the area of owned social media

Your qualifications:

• Education or further training in marketing, communications, digital marketing or social media
• Several years of professional experience in social media marketing and content creation as well as sound knowledge in the strategic and operational management of social media channels, ideally in the financial sector
• Creative flair for content, storytelling, trends and target group-oriented communication
• Experience in content production and collaboration with internal departments and external agencies
• Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating and optimising social media activities
• Confident handling of common publishing and analysis tools as well as sensible use of AI tools in content production
• Fluent communication in German and a good feel for dialect
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
