The Investment Properties Real Estate Department takes comprehensive responsibility for all properties of SBB Immobilien. You will work in a well-coordinated team and actively contribute to the further development of SBB's attractive real estate portfolio. In daily collaboration, you network closely with internal specialist departments and external partners. In doing so, you will further develop your expertise at the interface of property and project valuation, property law, and the conclusion of real estate transactions, benefiting from professional exchange within the team.

What you can achieve.

• In this demanding role, you evaluate properties and development projects for own investments and building rights, providing viable decision-making bases for investments, negotiations, and committees.
• You structure and accompany property law transactions focusing on purchase agreements, building rights contracts, and easement agreements, and independently conduct the corresponding negotiations through to contract conclusion.
• In development projects, you advise project teams on property law issues and coordinate collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• You prepare, conduct, and assess tenders for building rights and property sales.
• You maintain all business cases in the designated IT systems and ensure data quality, traceability, and adherence to deadlines.

What you bring with you.

• You enjoy working in a team and communicate appropriately with internal and external contacts.
• Your structured and analytical way of working helps you to prepare complex matters in a solution-oriented manner.
• Several years of experience in the valuation of properties and projects and in dealing with building rights, as well as education or further training in real estate, construction, law, or business. Knowledge of value-added tax is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of property law transactions including purchase agreements, building rights contracts, and easement agreements.
• Experience in conducting and evaluating tenders as well as in collaborating with external service providers.
• Confident handling of IT applications and maintaining business transactions in the corresponding systems. Very good German skills at least C1 and ideally French or Italian at least A2.
