You are responsible for the strategic development of the engineering department and lead a motivated team of project managers, industrialisation specialists and developers. You optimise internal processes and tools and advise management on measures to implement strategic goals in your area. You maintain close contact with sales and advise both internal and external customers on complete system solutions. You lead development projects with interdisciplinary teams, from tendering through implementation and project qualification to the introduction of the series product into production.
Qualifications:
You are an engineer (mechanical engineering, mechatronics ETH/FH) with at least two years of proven experience in a comparable role. We are looking for a young, dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality. You can enthuse about technical challenges, have a strong communicative flair and know how to pass on your enthusiasm. Initial business management experience rounds off your profile to fully exploit your potential in this exciting role.
