YOUR TASKS
- Competent and individual care and support of our patients in accordance with our nursing philosophy, as well as independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor
- Recognition and management of emergency situations and initiation of appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
- Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer within the assigned area
- Introduction and supervision of new employees and trainees
In your additional role as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following tasks:
- Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer within the assigned area
- Competent guidance and support of trainee health specialists both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training
- Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (SRK recognition for foreign qualifications)
- Completed further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in acute care
