Product Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for product management of floor coverings and parquet

• You develop product strategies and implement market trends in assortment planning

• You analyse market and competitor developments and derive recommendations for action

• You manage the product lifecycle from market launch to phase-out planning

• You work closely with purchasing, sales and marketing

• You carry out price calculations and optimise product profitability

• You maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms

• You train the sales team on new products

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a basic craft training, ideally in the area of parquet or floor coverings

• You have further training in product management or marketing and have relevant professional experience

• You are tech-savvy and confident in using IT systems and digital tools

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus

• You convince through negotiation skills and find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges

• You work in a structured and precise manner and keep an overview even with several projects

• You communicate clearly and can convincingly represent your ideas
