HR Generalist 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You understand HR as more than administration: you advise managers and employees, support people throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and actively shape modern HR work.

• You competently advise managers and employees on personnel-related issues.

• You are responsible for vocational training, support our commercial apprentices and develop the training forward-looking.

• You manage your areas in all HR processes - from recruitment to exit.

• You accompany job appointments including interviews, application administration and contract management.

• You ensure professional HR administration and continuously develop processes.

• You participate in HR projects and digitalisation initiatives and contribute your own ideas.

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training with HR further education

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner

• Trainer certificate and experience with apprentices

• Strong advisory skills and professional appearance

• Structured, reliable and networked way of working

• Very good Microsoft 365 skills; French is an advantage
