YOUR TASKS
- Independent outpatient consultation and inpatient admission of medical and surgical emergency patients in a 24/7 operation
- Targeted diagnostics with independent sonography
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the clinic’s partner physicians
- Participation in in-house training and further education (medical and nursing teams)
- Guidance and support of our assistant physicians in emergency care
YOUR PROFILE
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or ISP Clinical Emergency Medicine (or close to completion)
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary emergency medical primary care and possibly interest in further training for ISP "Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR"
- Possibly expansion of surgical emergency knowledge before establishing own practice
- Enjoyment of sonography with sonographic experience or willingness to learn sonography under the guidance of SGUM-recognised trainers
- Innovative, communicative and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and training of young assistant physicians
- Willingness to work shifts with good feasibility of part-time requests

- Regionally firmly established hospital with public service mandate
- Training position category 2 for "Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR" and training position category IV for "General Internal Medicine"
- Modern infrastructure, progressive working conditions as well as training and development opportunities
- Annual salary between 175,000 - 240,000 Swiss francs
- This position is also excellently suited as preparation for establishing your own practice
