The scope of activities includes the development and production of technical labelling and functional solutions – from classic standard applications to complex, functionally enhanced systems. The focus is on quality, precision, and close, solution-oriented customer consulting.

Responsibilities:
You initiate orders for raw materials, packaging, and technical components.
You continuously monitor delivery dates and open orders.
You handle supplier complaints and coordinate the necessary measures.
You clarify new material requirements directly with suitable suppliers.
You create and post cutting orders in the ERP system.
You assign material movements to the corresponding production orders.
You negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
Master data, inventory, and other administrative tasks also belong to your area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with commercial further training.
Further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist, is an advantage.
Several years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company.
Experience with ERP systems and digital procurement processes.
Good technical understanding of materials and production processes.
Confident handling of Microsoft Office.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
Good English skills for communication with suppliers.
