Do you hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistician or a similar higher technical qualification combined with a logistician certificate and a forklift truck licence?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of logistics, stock management and transport?

Do you have several years of experience in team management?

Your missions

The transport & logistics sector manager manages and organises the activities of the transport and logistics sectors to ensure the collection, storage and delivery of various products. They supervise, train, coach and evaluate people in employment-training, promote professional reintegration, and ensure the smooth running of the sector.

Team management and training

• Ensure supervision and coordination of the team’s activities by organising, distributing and controlling the work.
• Develop the professional and personal skills of beneficiaries and apprentices and promote their re/integration into the labour market.
• Supervise, train, empower and support beneficiaries and apprentices.
• Provide training and coaching on specific topics related to the sector’s activities.
• Set objectives and evaluate the skills of beneficiaries and apprentices.
• Prepare and participate in evaluation interviews with HR advisors and socio-professional stakeholders.

Transport & Logistics

• Establish the daily schedule for the transport and logistics sector teams
• Manage and organise the textile and cycle warehouse using the Odoo ERP

o Organise and manage arrivals, reception, locations and storage of goods

o Ensure proper order preparation and timely dispatch

o Ensure compliance with storage rules and maintain stock condition

• Supervise maintenance and servicing of handling equipment and collection vehicles
• Manage furniture removal
• Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety rules
• Manage non-conformities, complaints, indicators and statistics
