Our client is a solid and globally successful Swiss family business in the Lake Constance / Eastern Switzerland region. With a state-of-the-art machine park, the company sets a strong example for the Swiss production location and highest precision. To strengthen the manufacturing department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a quality-conscious and detail-oriented specialist for the grinding shop.
CNC Cylindrical Grinder / Studer & Kellenberger (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Independent setup, programming and operation of modern CNC cylindrical grinding machines (Studer and Kellenberger)
- Highly precise external and internal cylindrical grinding of demanding components (from single parts to small and medium series)
- Continuous monitoring of the machining processes as well as independently making fine dimensional corrections
- Conscientious execution of operator self-inspection with the most modern measuring instruments to ensure strict quality requirements
- Provision, dressing and measuring of the required grinding wheels
- Active thinking and contribution of ideas for continuous process optimisation in the grinding area

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Solid and proven professional experience in hard machining, specifically in CNC cylindrical grinding
- Good practical and operational knowledge of CNC cylindrical grinding machines
- A pronounced flair for highest precision and an exact, independent working style
- A high level of reliability as well as enjoyment of working in a collegial team
- Flexibility and general willingness to work in a regulated 2-shift system
