Role:
Stable specialist applications are the basis for smooth operations. This is exactly where your work as a Business Applications Manager begins. You keep the industry-specific and ERP systems running, resolve disruptions, and drive improvements. Departments appreciate you as a reliable contact for all system-technical questions. Responsibilities:
You support the specialist applications in 1st and 2nd level support and reliably resolve disruptions
You assist colleagues from customer service, finance, and management with system-technical concerns
Furthermore, you develop the existing software landscape and accompany the introduction of new packages
You configure systems and manage the assignment of user permissions
Additionally, you manage document management including the creation of output documents
You also participate in migration and digitalisation projects and coordinate external software partners
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively have an equivalent qualification
You bring at least three years of practical experience in technical support of specialist applications; ERP experience is welcome
You formulate queries with Microsoft SQL confidently and create clean evaluations from them
You use Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes very proficiently
Experience with database solutions and insight into occupational pensions complete your profile
Additionally, you think service-oriented and communicate flawlessly in German both orally and in writing
