Certified Public Accountant / Audit Expert with Prospects for Department Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:
You don’t just want to carry out audits, but actively develop an audit department while staying close to the companies you support? At our ROCKEN partner, you will find a versatile key position between auditing, fiduciary services, and comprehensive SME consulting.
The established fiduciary and audit firm employs around 20 staff and primarily serves SMEs from various industries in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will independently take on demanding audit mandates, advise your clients on entrepreneurial issues, and, if suitable, have the prospect of taking over the management of the auditing department.
Responsibilities:
You plan and lead limited audits for SMEs from various industries
You conduct special audits for company formations, liquidations, and other corporate law matters
You are responsible for follow-up audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
You develop the auditing department professionally and organisationally and support its sustainable expansion
You advise your clients on fiduciary, tax, and business management issues
You accompany annual financial statements, tax returns, restructurings, succession arrangements, and company formations
You maintain long-term client relationships and prospectively take on the professional management of the audit department
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss federal diploma as a certified public accountant or a comparable recognised qualification
You are authorised as an audit expert by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority
You bring several years of experience in auditing as well as ideally in fiduciary or SME environments
You possess sound knowledge of Swiss accounting, commercial, and tax law and work independently and solution-oriented
You communicate fluently in German; additional language skills are an advantage
