Facility Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Ensuring contractually agreed services
• Guaranteeing the availability and functionality of technical systems
• Maintenance and servicing planning
• Order processing using CAFM systems
• Maintenance and updating of system data and plans
• Proactive advice and support for all customer contacts
• Optimising workflows, processes and services to further develop the contract
• Preparation of calculations and quotations
• Independent planning and implementation of FM projects
• Ensuring efficient work processes

• Degree or further training in Facility Management or Building Technology
• Experience in Facility Management
• Knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical systems
• High commitment, resilience and assertiveness
• Strong customer, service and solution orientation
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
