Technical Employee Infrastructure & Projects 80% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed technical specialist for the area of buildings, infrastructure, and project management.

• Responsibility for maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings and infrastructure facilities
• Management and supervision of projects and subprojects such as new installations, conversions, and expansions of production or infrastructure facilities
• Planning and procurement in compliance with regulations, budgets, and deadlines
• Conceptual and operational control of projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards, GMP requirements, and HSE guidelines
• Active participation in qualifications in the GMP environment
• Project management and project controlling of investments across the entire site
• Regular reporting to management

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education in technology, facility management, engineering, or project management
• Experience in the maintenance of building and infrastructure facilities
• Project management experience, ideally in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP, HSE, and technical standards is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• On-call duty availability
