For a long-term institution in Basel-Stadt, we are looking from August 2026 for a committed Health Specialist EFZ for a temporary assignment with a workload between 80-100%.

The institution offers people with high care, support, and assistance needs a respectful home. The focus is on individual support, promoting self-determination, and the social participation of the residents. Accordingly, empathy, patience, and respectful interaction are central prerequisites for this role.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Comprehensive care and support of residents with everyday concerns
• You skilfully apply your professional knowledge and are characterised by a high quality of care
• Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (doctors, therapists, etc.)
• You complete the documentation of the care process effortlessly and accurately

Your advantages for the new employer

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or hold a corresponding SRK recognition
• Enjoy working with people with physical and mental impairments (approx. 6 residents per residential group)
• Your communicative manner and your drive have often been highlighted as particular strengths
• You are willing to undertake assignments lasting at least one month
