Microsoft 365 Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and remote
Analysing and resolving faults, forwarding complex cases to second level support
Support for Microsoft 365, Windows, networks, hardware and specialised software
Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations and end devices
Documentation as well as creation of instructions and FAQs
Qualifications:
Training or experience in IT support
Service-oriented manner and clear communication
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows; network/cloud knowledge is an advantage
Team-oriented, independent and solution-focused working style
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
