In this versatile position, you will take on the technical implementation of customer-specific machine and plant projects from configuration to production-ready elaboration. You optimise existing assemblies, accompany the integration of technical components, and ensure the quality of design and project data. With your structured approach and strong interface competence, you contribute significantly to the successful realisation of complex plant solutions.
Responsibilities:
Technical configuration and assembly of machines according to project-specific requirements, layout specifications, and customer demands
Development and implementation of design modifications as well as optimisation of existing mechanical assemblies
Integration of third-party components and supplier devices including technical coordination and conducting supplier approvals
Creation, adjustment, and maintenance of 3D models, detailed drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
Review of plant layouts regarding technical feasibility, functionality, and optimisation potential
Responsibility for the structured preparation, management, and maintenance of design data as well as support of internal approval processes
Support in administrative project processing including pre- and post-calculations
Coordination and communication with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers
Participation in project teams and support in the successful implementation of mechanical engineering projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a designer EFZ, mechanical draughtsperson, or comparable technical basic training
Further education as a technician HF mechanical engineering, mechanical engineer FH, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or plant engineering
Sound knowledge in mechanical design and technical project processing
Very good user knowledge of 3D-CAD systems, ideally Siemens NX
Experience with ERP/PDM systems, preferably Teamcenter
Knowledge of project work and technical project management is an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
Creative, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and technical understanding
Good English skills spoken and written
Fluent German skills spoken and written
