In this role, you take responsibility for the entire handling of building automation projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, cooling and room automation. You design and programme controls, commission systems and lead your projects in close cooperation with the HVAC trades. You also bear the commercial responsibility for your projects and ensure professional, timely implementation. In addition, you actively support customers and maintain long-term relationships in the field of building automation. With your experience in electrical engineering, building technology or automation, you significantly shape demanding projects both technically and organisationally.
Responsibilities:
You lead building automation projects from planning to commissioning
You coordinate project teams, suppliers and customers
You prepare tenders, technical documentation and project plans
You monitor budgets, deadlines and quality standards
You conduct commissioning, tests and acceptance procedures
You are the contact person for technical questions and project decisions
You support the further development of processes and system solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training as electrician, automation technician, electrical planner EFZ or technician HF electrical engineering
Experience in project management and building automation
Sound knowledge of PLC, control technology and automation systems
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills, strong communication and customer-oriented manner
High quality and safety awareness
