Structural Draftsperson (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual with technical construction understanding, initiative, and enthusiasm for a varied role. The position combines structural planning, site management, and costing with customer contact and offers the opportunity to develop within a family-run timber construction company.
Responsibilities:
Creation of construction, execution, and structural plans
Development of structural drawings for construction projects
Preparation and coordination of scheduling programmes
Assumption of site management tasks
Preparation and processing of building applications
Monitoring and control of construction accounts
Participation in quotations and cost estimates
Technical and professional advice to customers
Support in acquisition and customer care
Participation in marketing activities
Coordination of various tasks from planning to execution
Qualifications:
Completed training as a structural draftsperson or draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Experience in site management
Good knowledge of CAD and IT applications
Good technical and constructive understanding
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Enjoyment of a varied role between planning and construction site
Interest in timber construction and further development in this field
