Site Supervising Electrician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an experienced site supervising electrician who independently leads a team and manages electrical installation projects on construction sites. You coordinate material and personnel deployment, represent the company at construction meetings, and act as the contact person for all project participants. You monitor construction costs, document additional services, and accompany technical commissioning. After project completion, you are responsible for documentation and handover to the client.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a qualified electrician with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and completed vocational training. Ideally, you are undergoing further training to become an electrical project manager or have already completed it. You bring experience in team leadership and site supervision. Confident use of MS Office is required. You are ready to work, self-initiated, and a team player. For assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, you are willing to travel and possess a valid driving licence.
