Customer Advisor Telecommunications (80-100%) - Inbound

Your Tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries
• Customer-oriented advice on products and services
• Handling administrative matters and billing enquiries
• Identifying sales opportunities as well as active up- and cross-selling
• Receiving and handling faults in 1st-level support
• Careful documentation and recording of customer conversations

What You Bring

• Initial professional experience in customer service, sales or technical support is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good understanding of Swiss German (mandatory)
• Good PC and advanced IT user skills
• Technical understanding and interest in telecommunications
• Sales and advisory affinity
• Finesse in dealing with demanding customer situations
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented working style
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn

Framework Conditions

• Workload: 80-100 %
• Location: Tägerwilen
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00
• 100% availability is required during the 7-week training phase
