Software Engineer Backend (m/f/d)

Design, develop, and continuously improve backend solutions with C# and .NET.
Implement REST APIs and interfaces for integrating different systems.
Develop and extend business applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Ensure software quality through automated tests, code reviews, and established development standards.
Coordinate technical tasks, document solutions, and support customers with maintenance and technical queries.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented development, modern software architectures, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform or motivation to thoroughly learn these technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD is an advantage.
Independent, structured working style as well as very good German and good English skills; residence in Switzerland required.
