About the job
The missions
- Development and management of the overall planning and implementation concept for fire protection (AEAI Master Plan)
- Ensure regulatory monitoring of AEAI requirements and ECAB directives
- Keep evacuation plans and fire safety instructions up to date.
- Coordinate fire inspections and audits, notably with ECAB and insurers. Ensure follow-up on compliance measures.
- Management and monitoring of technical fire detection and firefighting installations.
- Supervision of the security service provider for lodge operations and infrastructure surveillance.
- Management of security concepts (video surveillance, access and keys) and maintaining building compliance with current standards.
- Close collaboration with the HSE department to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Profile
- You hold an AEAI diploma as a fire protection safety officer or are currently in training. An initial technical training (e.g. electrician apprenticeship) advantageously complements your education
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including initial experience in fire prevention/security, ideally in an industrial environment
- You bring good technical knowledge of alarm systems and devices related to fire protection (Dräger, Sprinkler, etc.)
- You speak French fluently. Good knowledge of German or English is an asset
- You have good skills to develop and conduct training in security and safety matters
- You stand out for your rigour, willingness to take initiative and sense of diplomacy
