Would you like to work in a highly specialised and rapidly growing niche area? Then you are exactly right at Enzler Hygiene AG. The focus of your activity is biodecontamination in sensitive environments, especially in the life sciences sector. Your field of work is complemented by other specialised assignments, such as cytostatic cleaning and comparable demanding tasks.

You are deployed throughout Switzerland and occasionally also in Germany. However, your base location is in Pratteln.

Your area of responsibility

• Operational special cleaning | Planning, organisation and execution of demanding special cleanings in sensitive areas (e.g. in the pharmaceutical/GMP environment)
• Biodecontamination | Implementation and monitoring of decontamination processes as a central focus while complying with GMP and ISO requirements
• Quality & Analytics | Conducting microbiological analyses, sampling as well as standard-compliant documentation
• Project management & deployment control | Responsibility for projects, planning and coordination of resources and deployments
• Customer care | Advising, coordinating and sustainably supporting customer projects including ensuring customer satisfaction

Your qualifications and skills

• Education & training | You have completed basic training. Ideally in the field of facility management. Alternatively, you have an additional qualification as a disinfector or are willing to complete it
• Professional experience | Relevant professional experience in the cleaning environment is desirable
• Hygiene awareness | Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness in sensitive work environments
• Flexibility | Willingness for flexible deployments, occasionally also in the evening and at weekends
• Service orientation | Proactive, customer- and service-oriented working style with a focus on sustainable solutions
• Language skills | Very good German skills in spoken and written form
