Service Technician Building Technology 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the proper maintenance, servicing and repair of building technology systems and installations

• Execution of minor electrical installation tasks

• Organisation and coordination of maintenance and repair measures

• Monitoring and controlling orders with regard to budget and scheduling

• Maintaining customer relationships as well as communication with building users and internal interfaces

• Management of external service providers and procurement of necessary services and materials

• Comprehensive documentation of completed work and updating of technical system data

• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality and process standards

• Flexibility for shift work and on-call duty

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ or automation technician EFZ

• Solid professional experience in operation, installation and maintenance of building technology systems

• Sound technical knowledge in building technology

• Proficient use of PC software and common measuring and testing devices

• Strong team skills combined with customer-oriented and service-oriented behaviour

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with regard to budget requirements, scheduling and customer needs
