- Monitoring operational readiness and ensuring consistent manufacturing quality and process safety
- Performing technical repairs on mechanical and electronic components
- Regular cleaning and proper maintenance of production modules and associated tools according to defined standards
- Participation in the continuous optimisation of production processes to increase efficiency and avoid downtime
- Precise, independent and reliably structured approach to work tasks
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written; familiarity with digital tools and operational assistance systems is desirable
- Flexibility for rotating weekend work shifts on three days (e.g. Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday) within a two-shift model with subsequent days off during the week
- High sense of responsibility regarding quality, safety and teamwork in a dynamic production environment

Tasks
- Independent control of automated production systems for shaping materials- Monitoring operational readiness and ensuring consistent manufacturing quality and process safety
- Performing technical repairs on mechanical and electronic components
- Regular cleaning and proper maintenance of production modules and associated tools according to defined standards
- Participation in the continuous optimisation of production processes to increase efficiency and avoid downtime
Profile
- Completed technical basic training in an industrial environment, supplemented by practical experience in processing metallic materials; specific know-how in forming or cutting materials is an advantage- Precise, independent and reliably structured approach to work tasks
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written; familiarity with digital tools and operational assistance systems is desirable
- Flexibility for rotating weekend work shifts on three days (e.g. Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday) within a two-shift model with subsequent days off during the week
