What the professional daily routine looks like

• Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with 36 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Adequate delegation of nursing tasks in patient-centred care
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of around 35 employees

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a registered nurse (HF, FH or equivalent) & at least German level B2
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility or geriatric medicine
• Highly desirable: strong patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Also: excellent team player qualities
• Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
