What is my role?

• You create offers, process orders and ensure a smooth process from enquiry to delivery

• You maintain customer data and document all important processes in our system

• You work closely with the field sales team and support customer acquisition

• You handle complaints and find suitable solutions together with the customers

• You coordinate appointments and ensure optimal communication between all parties involved

What do I need to be successful?

• Ideally, you have some experience in internal sales

• You are confident with MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems

• You enjoy communicating on the phone and like customer contact

• You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are a team player and like to get involved
