HR Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• In this versatile position, you advise and support employees as well as managers in all personnel-related and labour law matters.
  
  
• You actively support management in the implementation of HR processes and contribute to their continuous development.
  
  
• You recognise personnel or organisational changes at an early stage and act as a competent contact person and sparring partner for managers.
  
  
• In addition, you work closely with the international headquarters to successfully implement group-wide HR initiatives.
  
  
• Furthermore, you contribute to the preparation, analysis and further development of HR key figures.
  
  

Your profile

• You have completed training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma; an advanced qualification in HR management is an advantage.
  
  
• You also bring several years of professional experience in a similar HR role - ideally in the transport or logistics sector.
  
  
• You have very good English skills; additional languages are a plus and facilitate international exchange.
  
  
• Personally, you convince through responsibility, independence and enthusiasm for driving projects forward and actively shaping change.
  
  
• Your high social competence, teamwork and fairness also characterise you.
