Managing the interface between medical organisational units and the digital solution landscape.
Recording and structuring professional issues as well as supporting projects to optimise clinical workflows.
Coordinating implementations, adjustments, and further developments with technology partners and internal IT teams.
Ensuring high availability and quality of the supported specialised solutions, including analysing disruptions and escalations.
Building user competence through workshops, knowledge transfer, and practical support during ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in clinical processes or a comparable role closely related to healthcare and digitalisation.
Professional background in computer science, medical informatics, or a combination of medical training and strong technological affinity.
Ability to comprehensively understand complex requirements and mediate between professional, technical, and organisational aspects.
High service orientation, independent working style, and enjoyment of collaboration with various professional groups.
Very good knowledge of German and English
