About the job
Dear future member of our team,
We are looking for a unit care pharmacy assistant (APUS) pool member to strengthen our team and ensure replacements at our various partner sites.
This is a hourly paid position with a fixed rate of 10% at the Saint-Loup site in Pompaples and a variable rate depending on the replacement needs of our teams.
Our APUS team manages the floor pharmacies of the care units in several hospital establishments including Saint-Loup, Orbe, Yverdon, the Vallée de Joux Health Hub, and the Jura Balcony Health Network.
Mobility between different sites as well as some flexibility in availability are therefore essential for this role.

Your main activities
- Prepare medication trays for patients in acute care
- Manage the medication stock of the care unit
- Ensure the transmission of information between PHNVB, the care unit, and the APUS team.
- Provide replacements for APUS teams during scheduled or unexpected absences.

Your training
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a pharmacy assistant
- Experience in preparing medication trays would be an asset
- Ability to work with rigour and systematically. Good organisational, adaptability, and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, sense of responsibility, and dynamism
- Aptitude to work independently while demonstrating team spirit
Start date: immediate or to be agreed, hourly contract
